1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 15bdbajee platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, wallet, and any related mobile-optimised interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 15bdbajee platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the registered player) and 15bdbajee (referred to throughout this document as "15bdbajee", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). They apply to all activities conducted through your 15bdbajee account, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access.

These Terms are written in English, which is the sole governing language of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 15bdbajee platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on 15bdbajee. This restriction applies regardless of the age of consent or the legal gambling age in any given jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) registering and operating the account personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 15bdbajee, nor a close family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from 15bdbajee management.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently excluded from the 15bdbajee platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

It is each player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 15bdbajee platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in their jurisdiction. 15bdbajee makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular location. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one registered account on 15bdbajee at any given time. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination of these identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 15bdbajee employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus credits will be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering a 15bdbajee account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You warrant that all information provided at registration — and any subsequent updates to that information — is truthful and accurate. 15bdbajee reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any registration detail at any point during the life of an account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 15bdbajee username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account. 15bdbajee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where that access resulted from the player's failure to keep their credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 15bdbajee support via live chat immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

15bdbajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players may be required to submit identity documents — including a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any subsequent time if 15bdbajee deems it necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time period may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

15bdbajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary from time to time. 15bdbajee reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited to a 15bdbajee account must originate from a payment account that is registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds sent from a payment account that belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the player's account being suspended pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Wallet page at the time of the transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method being eligible for outbound transfers. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• The full wagering requirement on any active bonus must be met before funds subject to that bonus can be withdrawn.
• 15bdbajee reserves the right to process withdrawal requests in tranches where the requested amount exceeds standard daily limits.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours (06:00–24:00 BST). Processing times outside these hours may be longer.
• 15bdbajee does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, fees imposed by the receiving payment service provider are the responsibility of the player.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 15bdbajee does not offer multi-currency accounts. Players should be aware that if their payment method provider applies any currency conversion, the resulting exchange rate and any associated fees are determined entirely by the payment provider and are outside 15bdbajee's control.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sportsbook

All bets placed on the 15bdbajee sportsbook are subject to the general betting rules published on the platform as well as sport-specific rules applicable to each event type. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet. 15bdbajee covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football (including FIFA, UEFA Champions League, English Premier League, and the Bangladesh Football Federation league), kabaddi, hockey, tennis, basketball, volleyball, and e-sports.

5.2 Bet Acceptance and Void Bets

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. 15bdbajee reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where a technical error caused an incorrect odds display, bets placed after an event has commenced without the player's knowledge, or bets that form part of a suspicious betting pattern. In the case of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to additional rules reflecting the real-time nature of the markets. Odds during in-play events are updated continuously and 15bdbajee cannot guarantee that the odds displayed at the moment a player initiates a bet request will be the odds at which the bet is accepted. Players accept this inherent variability when using the live betting interface.

5.4 Casino and Slots

All casino and slot games available on 15bdbajee are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules set by the individual provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are available within each game's information panel. 5.5 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed failure that affects the display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, 15bdbajee reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state. 15bdbajee will not be liable to pay out winnings that resulted from a manifest technical error, even if those winnings have been temporarily credited to a player's account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

15bdbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for deposit-match bonuses on 15bdbajee is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. Free spin winnings are subject to a 40x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates

Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise, the standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Sportsbook bets (pre-match, minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution
• Live in-play bets (minimum odds 1.30): 100% contribution
• Slots (RNG): 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger: 10% contribution
• Sportsbook bets below minimum qualifying odds: 0% contribution

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the offer's promotional window, and wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated time limit (typically 7 to 30 days from bonus activation, as specified per promotion), will expire automatically. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

15bdbajee reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus — and to close the associated account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk or opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are fulfilled, and coordinating with other players to abuse promotional terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 15bdbajee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including use of another person's identity or payment credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to generate artificial profits. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to 15bdbajee support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit discrepancies between 15bdbajee's odds and those of other operators for the purpose of guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, where such activity materially distorts 15bdbajee's exposure.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law, using VPNs, proxy servers, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent regional access controls.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 15bdbajee staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit transaction after the funds have been used for betting or gaming activity.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by 15bdbajee

15bdbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Grounds for account closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent or criminal activity, and account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where the account balance is zero.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their 15bdbajee account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support via live chat and submitting a closure request. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 15bdbajee platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players under permanent self-exclusion will not be permitted to re-register. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 15bdbajee will notify the account holder via the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time before the balance is exhausted.

8.5 Consequences of Closure

Upon account closure, regardless of the reason, the following apply: all active bets will be settled according to their normal outcome; bonus balances and pending wagering requirements are forfeited; real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to the conditions set out in section 8.1 and 8.2 above; and access to all 15bdbajee services will be revoked. 15bdbajee will retain player account data for a period of at least 5 years following closure in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.
